7Seventy7 N. Van Buren Project

Project began in late 2016 and was completed in the summer of 2018 with the bulk of stair submittals being completed over a 2 month period in order to keep up with floor pours and site conditions. Project features 322 high end apartments, 1,400 parking spaces, and 1st floor commercial space. Building will include a 9th floor rooftop swimming pool, and an outdoor fire pit. Other amenities include an indoor golf simulator, a large fitness center, and an amenities room on the 34th floor. This building is constructed mostly of cast in place concrete, with multiple steel framed stairs, and other misc. steel elements.
